這個算是主動通知各搜尋服務，告知網站有更新，比較適合 Blog 或有提供 RSS,Atom... 之類可訂閱 feed 的網站
並且可以在每次有更新，例如發了新文章之後就可以使用，可以加速被收錄新頁面的時間，只要不要連續幾分鐘內重複發送就可以
